Aimee June Winery was founded on the need for affordable, interesting, high quality wines for everyday enjoyment. We're truly a family affair making small lots of wine using fruit sourced mostly in the Paso Robles region. Each label features original artwork by our daughter, Ashley.

Early on we developed truly organic wine containing no measurable levels of sulfite and with a shelf life measured in years, not months. This achievement encouraged us to continue our production wines with minimal sulfites. We've developed an “old world” winemaking style using Sur lie barrel aging with minimal additions.
There are two advantages to our small lot production

We are able to source fruit from small vineyards who do not produce enough volume to sell to large wineries. They are generally very high quality vineyards managed by passionate, successful people.

We source from medium sized, best of the industry vineyards that are generally sold out. With our small needs, we are able to buy from these high end vineyards.
Our old world winemaking style requires long barrel aging
uniquely allowing you to enjoy right away or age for many years.
